Founder and Managing Partner at Shine GTM, TJ brings over a decade of expertise in scaling sales operations and revenue strategy. With extensive experience leading teams at high-growth companies like DoorDash and Dutchie, he specializes in building and optimizing sales organizations from the ground up. His track record includes scaling DoorDash's Canadian sales team from 1 to 27 representatives while achieving 15X business growth, and leading national mid-market B2B sales teams to exceed 128% of their goals. As a strategic advisor and investor in multiple startups, TJ combines deep operational experience with strategic vision to help companies optimize their revenue operations and sales processes. In his free time, TJ enjoys using his outdoor wok, making music in his home studio, and spending time with his family.

Brian “Coach” Sommers

Founder and Managing Partner at Shine GTM, Brian has over 15 years of experience in the tech industry. His past expertise spans from co-founding a CRM startup to leading international sales strategy for DoorDash, where he spent nearly 10 years in the Sales and Sales Ops leadership teams after joining as the first sales rep. Passionate about empowering leaders and founders to optimize their sales processes and drive growth, “Coach” brings a wealth of experience in sales strategy, training, and operations. In his free time, Brian enjoys cooking for his family, and spending time with his wife and young children.
